When can I expect my order to ship?

Every product is handmade to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your piece(s) to be created and shipped. Most packages ship USPS Ground Advantage. You should expect to receive your package 5-7 days after the ship date, depending on your location and postal service.

Please note: processing times are not the same as shipping times. My processing time is currently 5-7 business days. The shipping time is the amount of time it will take for your package to arrive once shipped, which is dependent on the shipping method chosen at check out.  

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. Once the package is dropped off at the local post office, it is unfortunately out of my hands. However, in the event of a lost, missing or delayed package, please send me a message! I will always work with you and do my best to try to find your package.

 

I put in the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Please always double check that the shipping address entered on your order is correct, including any unit or apartment numbers! If you notice the wrong shipping address was entered on your order, please contact me immediately. If your package has not shipped, I can easily update the shipping address. If a package is returned to me (“Return to Sender”) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay for shipping to be reship the order. In the instance of a Return to Sender, you can opt for refund and not reship, but you will be refunded for your order less the original shipping paid.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the United States.

 

I bought the wrong size. Can I return my order?

As each piece is handmade for you to order, I do not currently accept returns. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I want to make sure you love your Silly Tails pieces! 

 

How will my order arrive?

All orders will ship in a mailer envelope or box, depending on the size of the order. Items will be wrapped in tissue paper before being placed in the mailer/box. This flat-pack method saves considerable shipping costs, which in turn keeps your shipping price as low as possible!
